The Roofing Contractors Association's (RCA) primary functions are labor oriented and include:

• Collective Bargaining Negotiations with Roofers Local 30

• Grievance and Dispute Resolution

• Joint Administration of Employee Pension and Welfare Plans

• Joint Administration of Employee Apprenticeship and Journeymen Training and Educational Programs

The RCA is governed by a Board of Directors, who serve 3 year terms. The RCA Board of Directors for the January 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2026 term are:
